  We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Group Product Manager to join our team and lead our product efforts for Workplace. This is an opportunity to join a Fortune 500 organization while playing a key role in defining the strategic vision, product roadmap, and product evolution across Nuvolo-s IWMS business.

  The Group Product Manager Workplace will be part of Nuvolo-s global product team. This is an exciting opportunity to solve a wide range of complex challenges for some of the most respected companies and organizations in the world.

  Your Key Responsibilities

  Sets the long-term vision and product-line-level strategy & roadmap; continuously evolve with regular input from key internal and external stake holders.

  Conduct market research and meet with stakeholders to identify trends.

  Work with set of stakeholders and sales leads to agree to set of strategic product objectives.

  Work with Product Managers to define and track goals for products within product line, provide input on product backlog, roadmap, prioritize features based on stakeholder input and user research, testing and synthesis.

  Drives accountability of the Product Managers to deliver on Program Increment goals and commitments and provides input on overall product backlog/roadmap.

  Facilitate demos and reviews with stakeholders to receive input on products within product line.

  Reviews new product submissions and helps to shape and size to understand alignment to overall strategy.

  Act as a subject matter expert assisting our sales teams in the pursuit of key deals.

  Solicits inputs from the pre-sales team and engagement delivery teams to understand client feedback / input to improve product.

  Supports go-to-market material creation to accurately articulate the product and market fit.

  Works with the marketing team to publish marketing content related to products within product lines.

  Provide direction to product team within product line and prioritize team health by resolving people issues.

  Oversees multiple product management processes, establishes priorities, and coordinates with teams to create schedules throughout the product life cycle.

  Manages, mentors, and motivates product teammates.

  Optimizes team performance, balances product team assignments, and enhances processes.

  Provides executive-level reporting on product line progress and performance.

  Skills And Attributes for Success

  Demonstrated experience leading product teams within the IWMS/Workplace/PropTech industry.

  Demonstrated understanding of Real Estate, Space Management, Visitor Management, Return to Work, Space Planning, BIM and other related functional areas.

  Understanding of IWMS market trends and opportunities.

  Understanding of the product development lifecycle.

  To qualify for the role, you must have:

  BS/BA or equivalent professional experience.

  7-10 years of product management experience.

  10+ years of experience within the IWMS industry in software, consulting, or as a practitioner.

  Strong relationship management abilities to work effectively with clients, vendors, account teams and product teams.

  A high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well while managing multiple initiatives at once.

  Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and change.

  Strong influencing skills and a teaming mentality.

  Willingness to travel.

  The salary range for this position is $180,000-$200,000 base salary . Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.
