　　Who we’re looking for:

　　Skillz seeks a world-class executive leader who leads by example and inspires teams throughout various levels of the organization.  The Group Product Manager will work in our Developer Platform product organization and be responsible for ensuring best in class experience for developers building on Skillz’s industry-leading competition platform.

　　The person will know how to inspire and lead in a high-performing organization to deliver amazing world class experiences for our game developer community.  You’ll lead work alongside a team of product managers, designers, and analysts to create the future of digital competition. You'll partner with the Head of Product and Head of Developer Success on the product roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our developer ecosystem initiatives.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Drive vision, execution, and adoption of the Skillz developer platform by delivering a best-in-class developer experience. Own the developer product roadmap and deliver on key metrics such as developer CSAT/NPS, new game integration time, new game prize enablement, and developer support operational metrics. Enable and champion the Platform & Developer Experience initiatives, covering client and server SDK experience, 3rd party integrations, API standards, documentation, sample code and customer dashboards. Think Big! Foster innovation and experimentation, delivering software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Solve the problems of today while thinking about tomorrow. Stay current with tools and technologies in game development, making use of current trends to ensure best-in-class experiences. Encourage and guide the team in their support of developer communities around the world and to use the knowledge the team gains to build amazing developer experiences. Leads and manages a team of product managers to high performance; sets goals, delegates work, holds owners of actions accountable, makes critical business decisions. Drive analysis of releases and share results through quarterly business reviews (QBRs); build a track record of delivering on forecasted outcomes. Work with the engineering team to estimate ship dates of major deliverables with a 75% or better accuracy. Care deeply about people, diversity and equity. Attract, retain and grow top talent across a globally distributed organization. Team player and excellent communicator capable of clearly sharing feature development progress, metric impact, etc. to a multi-functional group. Worked with C staff to clearly understand the company mission and articulate that to the engineering, product management, and design teams. Communicate the vision of the product to internal and external audiences. Your Skillz & Experience:

　　10+ years of experience building and delivering developer-centered experiences; be able to demonstrate the success and impact of your efforts for both users and business. Experience engaging, developing and owning global developer communities, with hand-on experience of building developer-facing products such as APIs/SDKs. Experience with managing, and developing a high performing team. A leader who people want to follow. You build trust, inspire, and mentor your team. A great communicator (verbal, written, and visual) who has the ability to influence and build consensus both within a product team and with executive stakeholders across the company. BA/BS and/or MA/MS in a related field. Experience building video game developer tooling/services, game engines or mobile gameplay experiences at a platform level. #L1-N1 #LI-Onsite
