  Mailchimp solves one of the largest challenges small businesses face - getting customers.   As Group Product Manager on Mailchimp's Data and Automations team, you will be responsible for shaping and aligning the roadmap across various product teams toward Mailchimp's Input Goals. You will coach the team toward data-driven roadmaps that balance long and short term investments in the platform. You will facilitate alignment across large groups of stakeholders and drive product strategy for your area.

  Mailchimp has a hybrid approach to work. We have offices in Atlanta, GA, and Brooklyn, NY. This role would provide you with both in-office and work-from-home opportunities.

  What you'll bring

  Experience setting KPIs for multiple teams and holding teams accountable to quarterly and annual outcomesExperience managing a team of product managersExperience connecting multiple products' strategies to an overarching company storylineHighly skilled at socializing business opportunity at all levels of the organization through both written presentation and compelling storytellingAbility to communicate complex and detailed information in an organized and consumable formatBe capable of and comfortable with working closely with Senior and C-level executives to develop product strategyStrong familiarity with web technologies (coding experience not required)Ability to build relationships, be persuasive and influential within and across immediate working groupsBachelor's Degree or relevant work experienceExperience working on a Marketing product or in MarketingExperience delivering (ideating, workshopping, roadmapping, prioritizing, writing requirements) consumer based online or software as a service (SaaS) experiences in a SCRUM / Agile environmentPlus: Experience shipping BI and analytics tools; SQL and Database knowledge

  How you will lead

  Leads with a clear vision, builds a high performance culture and drives winning results.Dreams big with a bold, customer focused, inspiring product vision and strategy - yet delivers the short and long.Drives product strategy and roadmaps for at least one workgroup. Either independently or through a small team, drives roadmaps and work for multiple squads.Can dive into execution mode with the team to provide clarity and push for delivery when needed. Focused on outcomes over process. Willing to dive into the tactical and elevate to the strategic as situationally appropriate.Anticipates organizational barriers when planning work and proactively removes them by setting up team structures that scale.Coaches squad in defining their roadmaps, ensuring teams have clear and focused goals laddering up to the workstream strategy.Sets workgroup level KPIs and holds squads accountable to quarterly & annual outcomes.Champions AI & ML driven experiences and coaches other teams in designing delightful AI & ML driven user experiences.Critical driver of the go-to-market strategy in partnership with marketing & research. Sequences investments across multiple squads to enable go-to-market.Raises the bar for PM talent within the PM community, actively mentors other PMs, and actively recruits top talent into Intuit.
