What you will be doing
Position Summary:
As a Group Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our product portfolio, driving innovation, and achieving our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and ensuring the successful development and delivery of our product roadmap. You will work across a portfolio of products and lead a team of product managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product strategy execution - input into the vision, enterprise product strategy and roadmaps with the leadership team. Execute the strategy across our products with the product group. Lead the product team to ensure there are product roadmaps, backlogs and requirements pipeline for all products.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of product managers and product owners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and launchesMarket Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats and make data-driven product decisions.Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from idea generation to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.Financial Management: Input into the product budget and work closely with the finance team to achieve cost-efficiency and revenue goals.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and KPIs, and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about product development progress, major milestones, and any changes to the product roadmap.

Qualifications, skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches.Experience in people management and team leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Adept at using product management tools and methodologies.Familiarity with agile development processes.
