  The Opportunity

  We are hiring a Growth leader to drive the next level of scale and impact across our Commerce surfaces. In this role, you'll manage a team of hands-on Growth Product Managers, developing and executing on a agile roadmap of A/B experimentation. Delivering major financial impact for the business, you will draw on your experience in scaling both the velocity and quality of Growth functions, with an outcome-oriented, data-driven and rigorous attention to detail.

  What you'll Do

  Manage a focused, hands-on team of Growth Product Managers developing and executing agile roadmaps of A/B tests across Commerce surfacesDrive Growth strategy, experimentation and execution across Commerce surfaces, delivering measurable outcomes across acquisition, upsell and retention results for the business.Communicate the plan and outcomes effectively across the organization with top executives and business stakeholdersApproach challenging problems strategically, partnering with a variety of product and platform teams to develop novel solutionsWork closely with data science teams to develop advanced segmentation models and measure the on-going impact of your team with a high degree of rigorBe measured against quarterly and annual Growth metrics established by our leaders

  What you need to succeed

  Proven experience in driving high-velocity, high-impact Commerce Growth experimentation at scaleA deep business understanding of common Commerce flows across Acquisition, Upsell and RetentionA rigorous, analytical approach to both prioritizing and measuring the outcomes of overlapping Growth experimentation roadmaps, in parallelThe ability to take drive efficient decision-making and unlock opportunities with partner teams based on quantitative signalsTechnical experience with A/B experimentation platforms, including feature-flagging, personalization and content management toolingA "hands on" approach to problem solving, leveraging cross-organization partnerships to overcome execution challenges3+ years of experience people managing execution-focused Growth teams

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,500 -- $285,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

  At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

  In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
