About Group Leader Maintenance (Level 6)

  Description

  As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will be responsible for a small to medium group of maintenance employees. You will manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems in addition to the following responsibilities

  Requerimientos Clave:

  -Ingenieria mecánica, electromecánico, electríco o afin

  -De 1 a 3 años de experiencia

  -Conocimiento en mecánica, neumática, electrica con mantenimiento de equipos

  -Conocimiento en sistemas de seguridad del trabajo

  -Inglés Conversacional

  -Disponibilidad para rolar turnos 4x3

  Responsabilidades:

  -Supervisión de un equipo de trabajo

  -Conocimientos en sistemas de seguridad del trabajo

  -Resolución de problemas

  -Implementación de GMS

  -Participación en Comités de Seguridad

  -Colaboración con otros equipos de trabajo
