  Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  Position Description:

  Lead and develop the strategies and business plans, execute activities, understand customers, and manage business relationship to deliver company's goal and in line with customer's plan. Also, in line with our marketing strategy and work closely with Trade Marketing people to ensure all marketing and activity plan are suitable and make it happen at each responsible account.

  Principle responsibilities include:

  Responsible for S/H channelDrive team to develop Customer Business Plan to manage business according to company's strategic direction.Lead JBP (Joint Business Planning) and Business Review to achieve target while capture opportunity with customer.Execute approved plan and manage supporting budget to deliver targets.Understand customer's business and direction to grow long term businessManage and monitor the financial result of the accountProvide new initiatives to further develop business with customer by improving sales, and/or reducing cost.

  Qualification

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or any related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years Group Key Account Manager experience in field sales of Consumer ProductExcellent negotiation & communication skillWell organized and good in planningResult oriented and proactiveEntrepreneurial understandingStrategic thinkerGood interpersonal skill, open minded, energetic, and proactiveConfident, competitive, team playerGoal oriented and self-motivatedGood command of both English & ThaiComputer proficiency (MS words, excel, PowerPoint, Pivot table)

  About You

  You're also a university graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or any related field and have at least 3-5years of continuous work experience.   Essential Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Engineering or related fieldsA minimum of 2-3 years of commercial and purchasing experience. Preferably with shared services or global environmentKnowledge of Procure-To-Pay processes is preferableOrganized, excellent attention to details, analysis/troubleshooting skills, good decision-making, adaptable and good interpersonal skillsExcellent oral and written communication in English and ChineseAnalytical and data maintenance skillsSoftware application competency in MS ExcelSAP system knowledgeTechnical understanding of Finished Goods/Trading Goods is preferableProactive and able to work under pressure and independently. Must have high sense of responsibility and commitment
