The Opportunity:

　　Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and fitness? East Bank Club is looking to add a Grill Expeditor to our team!

　　The Grill is one of our members' favorite food spots at EBC, open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering delicious, healthy, and convenient meals. As a Grill Expeditor, you will coordinate and expedite food orders for the bar and dining room while maintaining the workability and organization of the Grill line.

　　Pay Rate: $16/hr

　　Responsibilities:

　　Coordinate and expedite food orders for the bar and dining room

　　Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders

　　Maintain the workability and organization of the Grill line throughout the shift

　　Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff, servers, and food runners

　　Ensure food quality and presentation meet the standards

　　Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in the grill area

　　Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

　　Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner

　　Perform other duties as assigned by management

　　Requirements

　　Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify

　　Prior experience as a grill expeditor or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment

　　Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

　　Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

　　Effective communication and problem-solving skills

　　Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

　　Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

　　Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
