Position Title: Graduate Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We have an opportunity for someone to gain exposure to high profile accounts and brands in a two-year graduate sales position. Our sales team are channel oriented, and, in this role, you will work within our FDM (Food, Drugs and Mass) team to help deliver our growth ambitions in some of our most strategic accounts.

In the first twelve months, you will spend time getting to know the business, working closely with the sales team whist getting the opportunity to learn how the commercial relationships work internally and externally. You will be working with the support of the sales team and getting exposure to the wider business including the Supply Chain, Marketing and Analytics team.
In the second year you will have developed your skills and knowledge from the first year and be in position to own your own portfolio of customers, under the supervision and guidance of your Sales lead. Getting real exposure of the commercial world in a fascinating sector.
To support you in delivering the above, you can expect full support from the team. You will have regular coaching conversations with your manager, focused on reaching your goals and development opportunities. We will provide a mentor to help guide you as you develop as well as a buddy to help you navigate the day-to-day commercial world. You will have full access to our learning and development programs which include focus on your personal and professional development. As well as gaining that valuable exposure to customers and gaining hands on experience.

Requirements:
Degree completed with a commercial element.
Right to work in UK
Driving license
Must be able to go to the core office sites/customers frequently.
The manager for this role is at the Fradley office so will benefit from going to this location regularly
