About the role The Graduate Intern, Market P&L is responsible for supporting membership growth and management. You will be executing the local network strategy and ensuring providers across our service area have the information and support they need to provide best-in-class member care and drive quality outcomes.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $30-35 hour. You will work 10-15 hours a week.
Responsibilities Understand and learn assigned market, including network gaps, and assist in closing network gaps through independent contracting efforts Support team in expansion market end to end workflows, including network adequacy analysis, developing internal and external facing presentations, conducting market research, preparing provider contracts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders Support the team through additional improvement initiatives as identified Perform core operational workflows Develop provider partnerships and support management team with various operational projects and key partner meetings Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Currently have a bachelor's degree and enrolled in a graduate degree program Experience in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders Project management Experience Ability to utilize and analyze data to solve business problems Travel required? Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
