Opportunities Available
GQRC Technical Training partners with the organization to provide a role-based framework for training personnel to produce quality products, to grow talent, and to demonstrate adherence to global regulatory requirements. The team also supports the operation and administration of the global LMS.
As an intern you might:
Design and develop standardized reports using our various systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ADO) to provide end users and/or administrators with meaningful and actionable data. Collect changes and implement an update to the global training plan template in onePLM, introduce advanced functionality to the training plan process. Support training process activities to implement a continuous improvement initiative that can reduce non-value-added work in our processes, giving time back to the business.
Targeted Majors: Instructional Design/Adult Learning, Human Resources Management, Information Technology (IT) / Information Systems (MIS)
Preferred Skills: Learning Management Systems, Advanced Excel Skills, Data Analytics, Instructional Design, eLearning Authoring Tools, Azur Dev Ops (ADO)
