Job Description

　　The Analyst, Data Operations plays an important role in the development of Aramark?s data and systems. Core responsibilities are centered on supporting and learning the current state data and system processes and then utilizing this knowledge and experience towards the implementation (build, test, deploy) of next gen systems. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking and able to develop solutions to improve and adapt work processes across multiple functional areas.

　　This position is based in Philadelphia, PA or Rockville, Maryland.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Support key current state data and system processes that deliver analytics value to stakeholders (master data management, product matching + optimization, price comparisons, etc)Apply learnings of current state to the build of next gen systems. Lead testing effort for new systems and build expertise + train users once in production. Provide recommendations and insights to improve and adapt processes with a focus on speed and scalabilityIdentify and gather relevant data to help tell ?The Story? and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders to achieve greater impactWork with multiple functional and technical teams across a large breadth of work areasSupport systems, process, and policy standardization and integration Perform ad hoc requests and participate in special projects

　　Qualifications

　　1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant Data, Supply Chain, IT, or Finance roleExperience with supply chain or business intelligence systems and processesSuperior analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills with strong detail orientation and the ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projectsAbility to communicate at all levels within the organizationPrevious experience in the food industry is beneficial
