Job Description

　　The selected candidate will be responsible for providing direct technical and administrative support to the Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Directorate. The successful candidate will:Coordinate the timely delivery of Government Furnished Items (GFI) to contractors in accordance with contract terms and conditionsEnsure GFI / GFE cross branch issues are properly handled at the right level and frequency, to avoid becoming overdue and ultimately impacting schedule, cost and performanceProvide face-to-face contact with government officials and contractorsCoordinate and support weekly GFI / GFE review meetings with technical branchesGenerate various status reports as directed by internal and external customers using PTC Windchill reporting capabilitiesProvide quick responses to requests for information, data dumps, and data extraction based on knowledge of GFI / GFE process and PTC Windchill metadataGenerate and analyze GFI / GFE metrics in support of high visibility technical reviewsManage and update official SSP correspondence including Ordnance Documents (OD) and SSP Instructions (SSPINST)Perform other tasking as directed by SSP, technical leads, and BAE Systems' management.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Typical education and years of related/relevant work experience required: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline and at least four years of related/relevant work experience, an Associate's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline and at least six years of related/relevant work experience, a High School Diploma and at least eight years of related/relevant work experience. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Suite; proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and AccessHighly organized individual with strong time management skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to perform in a team environment with little supervisionProactive self-starter with the ability to resolve issues in a professional and timely mannerAbility to develop Standard Operation and Procedure (SOP) Manuals

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $89650 - $152460

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
