Our Government Funding team ensures that by creating premier services and influencing the industry through advocacy, we work to improve the family experience and increase accessibility to our centers. The Government Funding Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting small to large projects within Government Funding with a strong focus on developing, improving, and maintaining tools, resources and data for government and quality incentive programs. This person will work cross functionally with many teams across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Obtains and reviews government funded programs contracts; ensure updates to program requirements are gathered and communicatedGathers quality incentive program requirements and ensures updates are collected and communicatedCreates and maintains tools/resources to support programs and related processesSupports implementation of programs, including communication and roll out plansBuilds effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations, business partners and government agenciesAssists with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GEDStrong computer skills covering general office software, including MS Office; with strong Excel skillsAbility to drive and adapt to change and prioritize workCustomer service, conflict resolution and collaboration experienceProfessional verbal and written communication skillsEffective personal organization and time management skillsDemonstrated skills in learning agilityAnalytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently
