　　The Global Security Organization provides industry-leading cybersecurity and business protection services to TikTok globally. Our organization employs four principles that guide our strategic and tactical operations. 　　The Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance team is responsible for working closely with cross-functional partners to manage security risks to ensure we meet all industry cybersecurity compliance standards and government regulations through developing governing policies, implementing the security control framework, conducting security risk and control assessments, and staying up-to-date on global compliance initiatives.

　　The Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Controls Management Senior Analyst role involves performing comprehensive security control assessments to identify, assess, test, and monitor security controls throughout our products and enterprise. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional partners to evaluate controls and develop innovative remediation strategies, provide ongoing compliance control support, and lead various control management projects. 　　Responsibilities

　　- Supporting the development and implementation of the security controls management program to ensure alignment with industry leading practices and regulatory requirements including ISO, PCI, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.

　　- Leading the implementation and testing of a comprehensive cybersecurity controls framework while developing innovative control remediation strategies with product and business teams

　　- Collaborating with Mandarin speaking cross-functional teams to identify controls, evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls, and report on findings and recommendations

　　- Collaborating with security, privacy, and legal counterparts to develop, review, and amend global cybersecurity policies and standards

　　- Supporting the automation of security controls management programs and reporting capabilities while leveraging leading GRC technologies

　　- Staying up-to-date on current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, trends, and leading practices to proactively evolve the security controls management program

　　- Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders on security controls management topics and program-specific reporting

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　- 5+ years of supporting cybersecurity controls management programs with in-depth knowledge and experience of cybersecurity frameworks including ISO, PCI, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.

　　- Experience collaborating closely with security partners, including incident response, red teams, architects, and engineers to seamlessly incorporate cybersecurity controls management processes into their day-to-day operations

　　- Team player and motivated self-starter who is resourceful and has the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across different products, business lines, and regions

　　- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document, communicate, and report on status of the implementation and effectiveness of cybersecurity controls with product and business leaders

　　- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented language

　　- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute security control projects and initiatives on time with multiple stakeholders

　　- Ability to work at the San Jose office for 3 days per week and be willing to travel to other offices, including international locations, as required to support business needs

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience working on projects and teams related to controls management, compliance, information security, or other related fields

　　- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technologies such as RSA Archer or ServiceNow

　　- CISM, CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CASP+, Security+, CRISC, CGEIT, GSEC, or other relevant certifications

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118800 - $196000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
