  The Global Security Organization provides industry-leading cybersecurity and business protection services to TikTok globally. Our organization employs four principles that guide our strategic and tactical operations. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office for 3 days a week, as directed by their manager. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

  The Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Compliance Senior Analyst involves performing comprehensive scoping, control assessments, and audit facilitation as part of the certification team. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional partners to evaluate risks and controls and develop innovative mitigation strategies, provide ongoing compliance control support, and lead various IT audit and certification management projects. You would be a great fit for this role if you are enthusiastic about:

  1. Supporting an industry-leading third-party audit and certification program alongside a team of outstanding individuals

  2. Facilitating external audits and act as a liaison between auditors and control owners to ensure audit success

  3. Experience in interpreting and assessing controls using compliance frameworks with a focus on payment card compliance and security

  4. Thriving in fast-paced environments and pivoting priorities while demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt in the face of constantly evolving cybersecurity challenges

  5. Learning quickly and often with a strong appetite for acquiring new knowledge in the realm of cybersecurity and staying up-to-date on current emerging trends

  6. Providing candid and clear feedback on critical cybersecurity initiatives from policies to application designs and much more!

  Responsibilities

  As a Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Compliance Senior Analyst of the certification team, you will be responsible for:

  - Supporting the scoping and implementation of the cybersecurity compliance management program to ensure readiness and alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements including but not limited to PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.

  - Validate and verify that an organization's security controls and practices meet the requirements of PCI-DSS. This involves a thorough examination of the organization's processes and systems including policies, procedures, network diagrams, and system configurations related to the cardholder data environment (CDE)

  - Performing control design and operating effectiveness review to identify changes that impact security operations and support our continuous control monitoring strategy to report opportunities for improvement

  - Monitoring business activities by engaging with cross-functional team leaders to ensure the organization maintains its compliance with external certifications

  - Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders on cybersecurity risk and controls management topics and program-specific reporting

  Qualifications

  Minimum Qualifications:

  - 5+ years of IT audit and compliance programs experience in a global organization with in-depth knowledge and experience of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NIST CSF and other regulatory requirements

  - Experience in supporting complex third-party audit projects in a cloud-centric environment , with a strong aptitude to understand emerging technologies to assure regulatory and compliance requirements are met

  - Experience collaborating closely with security partners, including incident response, red teams, architects, and engineers to seamlessly incorporate cybersecurity controls and risk management processes into their day-to-day operations

  - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document, communicate, and report security assessments as well as the status of the implementation and effectiveness of cybersecurity controls with product and business leaders

  - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute security assessment projects and initiatives on time with multiple stakeholders

  - Ability to work at the San Jose, D.C., or NYC office for 3 days per week and be willing to travel to other offices with the flexibility to conduct virtual meetings, including international locations, as required to support business needs

  Preferred Qualifications

  - Experience with assessing payment card data security and compliance of an e-commerce environment

  - Relevant industry certifications (i.e. PCI-P or Former QSA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CFE)

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118800 - $196000 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
