Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in project, product, or program management.
Experience in a business environment working either as an operations contributor or in a program management capacity.
Experience with SQL, data manipulation, reporting, or quantitative analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, working with cross-functional team members and executive stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and take a vague project and organize it into clear goals and objectives.
Mindset for innovation, continuous improvement and customer service, including ability to use business acumen to prioritize, make decisions, and act.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including direct engagement with executive levels.

The Cloud AI and Industry Solutions (CAISS) team programmatically orchestrates and manages CAISS Go-To-Market programs and initiatives, driving adoption of Cloud AI products and features, ensuring a positive experience for customers and sellers, and fostering a robust feedback loop. This includes direct engagement with sales regions and customers/partners, programmatic deployment and management of Go-To-Market collateral and incentives, managing Cloud AI's early access programs, programmatically deploying internal and external feedback loops, and managing a dynamic portfolio of Product/Field cross-functional Projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Act as the first point of contact with key stakeholders, such as Outbound Product Management, Product Management, Strategy, and the field to successfully manage Go-To-Market motions, and Engineering and Product to drive successful project execution.
Collaborate across levels, managing stakeholder expectations, maintaining cross-functional coordination, and surfacing and resolving blockers. Manage work streams and dependencies between work streams to ensure successful delivery.
Define and align on project goals, work streams, success criteria, and measurement plans. Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and tasks.
Track and report key program milestones and metrics across CAISS product portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.
Own project governance, including defining and setting up project governance and operational tooling (i.e., cadence, productivity tech, project tracking), identifying risks, documenting and assisting with resource requests, and hosting and driving weekly calls.
