Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Video Services Marketing Organization is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to fill the role of GM, Integrated Marketing & Planning on the Go-To-Market team. This pivotal position requires an experienced marketing professional capable of driving integrated marketing initiatives for the dynamic and evolving DISH and Sling TV brands. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution capabilities, and a proven track record of successful integrated marketing campaigns within the telecommunications or related industry. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can seamlessly blend traditional and digital marketing channels to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partners with heads of Brand, Acquisition, and retention to lead the planning, management, execution and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive demand/conversion/upsell for DISH and Sling TVOversees the marketing campaign planning process and strategy development across Video Services MarketingCollaborates with Channel Leads, Tactic Owners, and Media Planners to define full-funnel strategies Ensures integrated campaigns & initiatives align with 3-yr brand plans, 1-yr brand strategies, and product roadmapProvides leadership and oversight of portfolio marketing programs, including offer pipeline and bundle offerings, including wireless and internet productsWorks alongside Brand, GTM Creative, and Agency teams to develop strategic creative briefs that generate best-in-class creative workDevelop and lead the implementation of integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectivesProvide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborationDemonstrate proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels, including but not limited to print, broadcast, digital media (OLV, paid social, programmatic display, paid search, eCommerce, and organic), content marketing, and retailer/co-branded/partner channelsEnsure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all sales channels and tacticsUtilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordinglyIdentify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms to gauge campaign successLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectivesMaintains oversight of creative agency resources, including internal agency Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleKey Responsibilities:

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total
compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
