  What you will do:

  As our Global Workday Payroll Analyst, you will work to understand business needs including the processes, reporting and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. You will be the technical resource for HR/business system users supporting the Workday payroll, time and absence modules and the support teams. You are responsible for building strong collaborative relationships across the organization in areas that include HR COEs, business facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and internal/external Communications with a specific focus on the [specific] Workday functionality. You are responsible for understanding business processes, reporting and analytics, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups, HRIS technical and operational teams.

  Recommend business process, reporting and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.Understand cause and effect impacts in touchpoints within integrated systems.Recommend solutions to security issues and risks.May build and maintain certain database architectures and creating user-friendly interfaces to interact with output analysis.Will train and educate users across the organization to enable best use of the system/reports.Will take on various projects to collects and provide data for critical business processes, internal/external reporting, auditing and etc.Build and maintain strong relationship with business users, business facing HR, and HR COE teams.Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and HRIS technical teams.Actively involved and participate in Workday CommunityPartner with business and technical teams to determine the best solution to business problems, output needs and the delivery of new technology solutions and enhancements.Provide insights to stakeholders at all levels across the organizations.Assist business users with data and/or process analysis to enable better business decisions.May create and manage data visualizations and/or user interfaces for end users.Configure, test and document system, security and reporting changes.Define tangible test use cases that align desired technology output to meet business objectives.Engage in data cleansing activities.Participate the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance.

  What you need:

  Bachelor's degree preferred; will consider an additional 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field preferred.Workday Pro certifications preferred.Minimum of 4 years of professional experience is required.Experience configuring exempt and non-exempt payroll in all 50 US states is strongly preferred.Ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes / reports is required.Demonstrated solid knowledge of Workday functionality and data flow, including organizational structure and roles within a system is mandatory for this role.Demonstrated the ability to think in terms of conditional logic.Basic understanding of cloud-based technologies and object-oriented data modelsExperience documenting complex processes / information and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.Experience writing test scenarios is preferred, experience executing test scripts is required.Basic knowledge of data privacy and other relevant HR data regulations is preferred.Comfort in enforcing standards and governance and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Basic knowledge of HR system architecture with sound understanding of the data architecture, functional interactions and impacts to downstream system.$83,000- $176,800salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
