Job Description:

　　The purpose of the Global Treasury Process & Technology Manager is to drive innovation by developing and delivering best in class Global Treasury operations, effectively using digital solutions to create value across the treasury organization and the Mars Inc Enterprise. These improvements and solutions will support Global Treasury in optimizing areas such as cash, risk, and liquidity management.

　　This position requires a strong blend of treasury expertise, technological proficiency, and strategic thinking to contribute to Mars' financial success.

　　Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or relatedMinimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or treasury roleFluent in EnglishAdvanced proficiency in data analytics systems (Alteryx, Tableau, MS Power Platform, Excel) with implementation experience preferredStrong experience in financial reporting and treasury management systems (SAP, HFM, FIS Quantum)Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, handle large data sets, and standardize data and create workflowsProven effectiveness in project management, individual contributions, and team collaborationExperience working within a team environment, including with individuals in various geographic locationsAgile, curious, and proactive thinker to explore, design, implement, and train others in innovative digital solutionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

　　What will be your key responsibilities?

　　Support the Sr Manager Treasury Process & Technology in developing, deploying, and managing Global Treasury processes and solutionsAnalyze and understand complex Treasury processes to generate data-driven insightsDocument processes and changes for complete handovers upon project completionsAct as a trusted advisor and partner for Global Treasury for process optimization, deployment, and technology integration with a strong Treasury and Controls & Governance mindsetCo-develop and support Treasury strategy including, but not limited to, SAP S/4HANA migrationCollaborate with global contacts, including Digital Technologies, Global Treasury, key stakeholders, and vendors to execute initiativesHelp drive the digital upskilling of Global Treasury associates and providing guidance for deploying digital tools within treasury workstreams
