  Main responsibilities

  •Develop overall Global Shopper Marketing Strategy x channel/format and shopper toolkits with clear branding guidelines and messages and key POS materials per channel type.

  •Work closely with marketing, the commercial team and insights team to ensure that the shopper insights are translated to robust strategies and tactics linked to specific metrics.

  •Create or customize programs with the key zones that help drive traffic, loyalty, conversion and basket size.

  •Develop and defines the material needed by the zones in order to increase brand awareness and educate customers on our products.

  •Define, together with key zones: optimal range, assortment, shelf and placement per channel type and guarantee implementation.

  •Define global price strategy and guarantee implementation in key markets.

  •Converting brand strategy into fact-based compelling selling trade stories that enable the successful sell-in of shopper marketing programs to customers.

  •Bring external thought to the team about best practices in shopper/trade marketing and share learnings and recommendations across geographies.

  •Coordinate Shopper Insight Studies with Insights teams.

  •Design POS materials that can contribute with our sustainability pledge.

  •Partner with Revenue Growth Management to understand Gross to Net spend in order to propose right mix of activities for the brand (eg. Pack/Price Architecture, Promotional Strategy, Channel Mix, etc.).

  •Maximize the effectiveness of trade investments through a rigorous ROI and post program analysis process.

  •Understand the business model of key customers and support the design of tailored plans to maximize opportunity in the key zones.

  •Partner with key zones to drive the annual calendar of brand activation to support the overall strategy.

  •Conceptualization of impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with key zones.

  About you

  Education

  -Graduate degree in marketing, management or sales (preferable)

  Experience

  -+5 years in Shopper/Trade Marketing, gained at Consumer Healthcare or FMCG / FMCH company

  -Retail channels and account specific marketing desirable

  Specialized knowledge/others

  -Join Business Plans development / Key Account Management

  -Complex brands and environments

  -High capacity of persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with cross functional partners

  -Executional excellence, excellent communication skills, strategic and analyticl thinking.

  -Team-building abilities to bring together key stakeholders

  -English is mandatory
