Primary Responsibilities:
The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Operations Specialist has responsibility for the global support of the GTA Center of Expertise (CoE), Recruiting Process Outsourcers (RPO) and GTA Operations teams, providing expertise related to GTA system functionality and day to day GTA process questions or issues. Acts a Subject Matter Expert for GTA processes and technologyPartners closely with HR IT Solutions by conducting user acceptance testing and approval for system change requests. Also acts as the main point of contact and executer of semi-annual system testingNetwork, share, support, and collaborate with HR Service Delivery, New Employee Administration, and additional global HR Teams to assist in improving and simplifying processes.Partner with RPOs to conduct root cause analysis on issues and trends and identifies and implements process enhancements; partners with HR IT Solutions to identify and implement system enhancementsProvide guidance and support to the Service Request Management (SRM) team on GTA ticket management and resolution. Provide backup support to SRM team during peak volumes.Conduct monthly and quarterly Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Grant audits; researches and resolves any LTI grant issues identified, partners closely with the Compensation team on issue resolution.Contribute to the building of capability across the GTA organization and RPO suppliers through the creation and delivery of Quarterly Refresher trainings and creation and delivery of Ad-hoc training requests. Creates and delivers a monthly global GTA Newsletter and creates Tip Sheets and Job Aids as needed.Acts as a key project member for both global projects and GTA specific projects, including providing subject matter expertise on processes and systems, develops and delivers project related training, conducts system testing, and creates and delivers any project related communications to the GTA team.Acts as a GTA SME for non-GTA global projects.
Education:
Required: HS DiplomaPreferred: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Recruiting, HR or HR Operations at a large global companyProficient in WorkdayExperience creating and delivering global change communications and trainingAbility to assess, identify and implement new process improvementsAbility to negotiate with and influence the opinions of others within the division and with clients & vendorsAbility to successfully partner and work in a highly matrixed environmentStrong attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication skills

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note, this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as "remote".
Under New York State, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$72,880.00 - $114,600.00
