How will you make an impact?
As a Director, Talent Acquisition, you will be crafting and deploying recruiting strategies across the business to strengthen the organization's capabilities and guarantee that the business has the talent required to meet current and future business plans. Primarily supporting our clinical research Functional Service Provider (FSP) teams, you will work closely with HR teams and Business Leaders to understand business priorities, hiring forecasts, and location strategies to calibrate against recruiting capability and resource plans.
What you will do?
Partner with the business through the bid process, taking actions to prepare and enable successful recruitment delivery upon award.Translate hiring demand signal to impactful talent attraction/acquisition initiatives.Act as a global conduit across TA ensuring business hiring priorities are understood, resourced & successfully carried out.Drive TA priorities within the business and implement through regional delivery teams ensuring an OneHR partnership.Guide strategic hiring projects (e.g. contracts, acquisitions, emerging markets, location/function/profile strategies, targeted diversity recruiting, etc.).Support talent priorities (e.g. leader standard work, quality of hire, early talent, pipeline development, colleague referrals, diversity talent attraction, etc.).Drive value through market intelligence, hiring analytics, and reporting; use TA expertise and labor market analytics to recommend and deliver efficient sourcing and branding campaigns.
Education and Experience:
BA/BS Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.8+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR with leadership experience.FSP experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry.Demonstrable experience in building organizational capability in recruiting top talent.Strong eye for business, analytical, and effective process orientation.Firm level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $145,500.00-$194,000.00.
