Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital Product Strategy, Product Marketing Management, Management Consulting.
4 years of experience in program/project management and multi-level communication (executives, peers, managers, staff).
2 years of experience with business analytics, involving working with SQL.
Preferred qualifications:MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Statistics, Economics).Experience with sales incentive design.Significant professional experience with SQL and working with large data sets.Experience in digital ad strategy (agency, industry), with a passion for connecting the dots across formats, audiences, and channels through data.Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.

As the Global Strategy and Operations Program Manager, you will be part of a global team responsible for driving our rapidly growing YouTube incentives program. Our team designs incentives that help Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) partner with Google to advertise and grow their business online.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop, design, and partner on a global strategy to grow our customer incentives program at scale. Lead cross-functional planning and operations to support the growth of our SMB advertisers. Analyze business drivers, build financial models, design incentives, create business plans, and drive projects through completion. Work with global and regional teams on pilots, program assessments, and partner engagements to drive market. Build cross-functional partnerships with senior stakeholders across Google: Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Legal, Contracts, and others.
