As a Global Service Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the service domain of Hitachi Energy - Grid Automation Business Unit, Automation & Communication Global Product Group (GPG). You will collaborate with the GPG Head of Digital & Service, the Digital Lead, and other stakeholders to provide product & system information data, data analysis, and business process support. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of new applications and processes related to service data management and product lifecycle management.

　　Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

　　Providing product data intelligence and insights for the GPG management team by preparing regular data quality reviews and improvement roadmapsSupporting the service organizations in data collection, quality, and compliance regarding manufacturing dataActing as liaison point between GPG Digital & Service, Master Data and ITCoordinating and defining requirements for further development of the Product Information Management System (PIMS) and related applicationsAd interim, leading the PIMS team for further developing and operating the Product Information Management SystemEnsuring maintenance and operations of PIMS is delivered with high quality and timely mannerOwning and extending PowerBI reporting layer sourcing data from Product Master Data, Customer Master Data, SAP Orders and ManufacturingSupporting the introduction of a new global solution for Asset Management and Field Service ManagementManaging GPG related product master data and acting as main contact for all product managersDocumenting requirements (functional and non-functional)Recommending actions based on the available information and data analysisDefining training strategy and approach for new developments and adapted processesDefining and implementing business rules related to data clean-up activities during carve-out phase

　　To be considered for this position, you should have:

　　Master of Science in Business and Technology or equivalent degreeAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the service domain of power grids or energy industryStrong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management solutions, SAP, PowerBI, and other related applications and systemsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyFluency in English.
