　　The Global Senior Web Solution Architect designs and supports the development of technology assets to ensure that our strategic web technologies platform meets existing and future business needs in alignment with architectural standards. The Global Senior Web Solution Architect is a world class technical leader in the web architecture field with an understanding of business goals, web strategies having technical depth in associated technologies. Moreover, the Global Senior Web Solution Architect will focus on creating efficient, scalable, and secure web systems that align with an organization's business goals and technological requirements.

　　Drupal development experience (7 years+)ReactJS development experience (3 years+)Web architecture experience (7 years+)Experience in designing, developing, testing, or supporting consumer facing and commerce web sites.Ability to collaborate in a virtual and global product team following agile run methodologies (Agile).Any experience and knowledge in digital marketing, integration with enterprise systems (CDP (Consumer Data Platform), SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Where-To-Buy, Ratings and Review, Digital Asset Management,) or Web3 is appreciated.Mobile architecture experience (Nice to have)Experience with Acquia Cloud Site is a nice to have

　　What will be your key responsibilities?

　　The Global Senior Web Solution Architect will understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design the overall architecture of web applicationsProvide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in making architecture and design decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the technical vision is executed effectively.Define and architect Drupal installation profiles and modules (both custom modules and those provided from the community).Design the architecture of React-based applications. Create a high-level structure that outlines how different components, modules, and data flow will interact to meet the project's goals and requirements.Define the high-level system architecture, including components, modules, databases, APIs (Application Programming Interface), and integrations. Create architectural diagrams and documentation to communicate the design to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Supports validation of platform capabilities roadmap in scope as well as its execution on time, budget with required qualityBased on project requirements and industry best practices, they recommend and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to build the web solution. This includes evaluating emerging technologies and assessing their potential benefits.Ensure that the designed systems can handle increasing loads and maintain performance under heavy usage. They make decisions regarding load balancing, caching, database optimization, and other techniques to enhance scalability and responsiveness. Prioritize the security of the web solution, implementing best practices to protect against common vulnerabilities, such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting, and data breaches. Also, ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability).Oversee the development process by conducting code reviews, ensuring that the codebase aligns with the architectural guidelines and best coding practices. This helps maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural principles.
