The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
We're looking for a Global Sales Excellence Associate who can help us drive sales incentives and account management policies for our global sales organizations.
In this role, you will act as an expert of global monetization policy, working closely with the regional MSO teams to investigate policy needs, design policy tactics & solutions, forecast policy risks and control the progress of project implementation. You will be fully responsible for the design and implementation of global policies, including:
- Develop and improve sales incentives frameworks to align to company priorities and business needs.
- Design and execute account management policies to support client segmentation and global alignment to best meet the needs of our customers.
- Work closely with regional leadership and cross-functional partner teams, be responsible for key project plans designing and management, and be the owner of the implementation.
- Measure and track business performance, capable of generating business analysis and reporting independently, analyze business market performance and conduct regular strategic assessments.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales finance, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles. Prior experience in high-growth tech startups and advertising is preferred.
- Experience developing sales policies for a global or multinational sales organization, including sales incentives design, account segmentation rules, strongly preferred; experience in digital advertising is a plus
- Experience persuading and influencing internal and external C-suite partners
- Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems. Great logical and data sensitivity
- Possess a self-starter attitude: You should be able to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.
- Maintain a get-it-done mindset: Be motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98000 - $171000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
