Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in developing and driving sales, marketing, or product strategy in the digital space.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in strategy or consulting. Detailed knowledge of the online advertising landscape (i.e., search advertising).
Ability to lead, partner and influence cross-functionally or among peers.
Excellent customer orientation, with the ability to uncover and prioritize market needs.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and relationship management skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Work closely with product management to influence the product road map and ensure effective commercialization and activation of new and existing ad formats globally. Drive business growth and customer enablement through sales documentation, effective market narratives, sales training, and go-to-market communications. Collaborate across product management, regional sales teams, gTech and marketing to drive alignment on priorities and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for key product launches. Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams, and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts. Travel globally to support and activate sales teams for product roadshows, internal meetings, and external meetings.
