About Global Product Lead, Lead Gen, Google Customer Solutions

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  4 years of experience in a business, consulting, product go-to-market, product development, or a similar role.

  Experience working with Google Ads products.

  Preferred qualifications:

  Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams.

  Knowledge of structured query language (SQL).

  Ability to lead operational and strategic initiatives, as well as work, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally.

  Ability to set a goal and translate it into tactical quarterly goals.

  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

  The Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for growing the segment of Google’s ad business growth. The Global Performance team is a part of the PSA organization and in this job you'll be an expert in Power Pair products such as Performance Max and Broad Match to support Lead Gen customers globally. As a Global Product Lead, you’ll analyze data to uncover opportunities to accelerate business growth, building models to determine addressable audience, business impact, and ROI of opportunities.

  You'll lead Power Pair initiatives for Lead Gen, engaging with the various product, marketing, and GCS teams to drive product changes, create go-to-market strategies, and effective incentive systems to help drive Global GCS business. You’ll gain valuable global experience, leading a virtual team of local product experts in other regions to manage programs, share discoveries, and uncover new insights that help SMBs succeed around the world.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  Define and lead the Go-to-Market strategy for key products in Google Customer Solutions.

  Establish yourself as the subject-matter expert on Google’s Ads, highlighting growth opportunities, and areas for investment.

  Identify key product needs across GCS and partner with product and engineering teams to execute action plans, and partner with in-region teams to ensure seller readiness to support products/features.

  Develop and refine best practices and collateral for planning, pitching, and measuring success.

  Work with product, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities, plan and manage programs to execute against opportunities, and partner with business leadership on achieving those strategies globally and in region.
