Role Summary
The main objective of this Global Supply Chain role is to define, analyse, control, and drive continuous improvement to key Supply Chain processes of SKU lifecycle management (LCM) throughout the ERP system. This will be in full collaboration with relevant functions, including Planning, Finance, Regulatory and Master Data, to ensure LCM processes are compliant, efficient, executable, and visible, overseeing timely execution. This includes processes for extending and discontinuing existing products but ensures alignment with the New Product Introduction process.
The role will create, publish, and own appropriate KPIs, documentation and training materials, and will serve as a central knowledge point for key stakeholders, providing training, policies and guidance where necessary. It will also lead or support in projects enabling achievements of company objectives related to Lifecycle Management.
This role is based from our Deeside production facility and will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity. Candidates must be in a commutable distance from this site.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Global discontinuation and market extension processes for Supply Chain within the ERP systems, defining policies, processes, metrics, and workflow.
Responsible for tracking & measuring the success of SKU extension or discontinuation, ensuring transparency during process, through to completion.
Identify improvement opportunities via thorough process, data and stakeholder analytics and collaboration, driving through recommendations.
Ensure processes are compliant to convatec Quality and Regulatory Policies
Publish monthly life cycle management performance analytics for input to business unit S&OP meetings.
Create, develop, and maintain LCM performance tools in collaboration with Supply Chain and BI Analytic teams.
Maintain process documentation around SKU extension and discontinuation. Adapt processes in association with corporate led initiatives and processes, such as New Product Introduction and Inventory Management polices.
Deliver cross organisational training to ensure MEP and discontinuation processes are understood and adhered to
Actively lead or participate in strategic portfolio change, SKU optimization and Supply Chain Projects as required.
Implement decisions to support Global Supply Chain and Global Process Owner Strategies
Key Requirements
SAP expertise, with specific experience of Supply Chain Product Lifecycle Management
A strong proven background and experience in Supply Chain and with end-to-end business understanding
Process and details oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven track record of presenting to a wide range of global stakeholders across different teams and levels of the organization.
Highly collaborative with the ability to partner with and influence others, building consensus.
Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills
Deliverables focused within tight deadlines.
Pro-active, autonomous, positive can-do attitude with outside box thinking.
Experience with Microsoft office applications (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP IBP knowledge and project management experience would be advantageous.
Qualifications/Education
University degree or equivalent based on experience
A strong proven background and experience in Supply Chain with specific life cycle management hands on experience

Position may involve occasional travel overseas but is not essential for role.
