　　The focus of this role is managing Global Payroll Controller and any related transactions and reporting which requires application of strong technical and organizational skills, reliability and deep knowledge of payroll mechanisms.

　　Develop and implement and enforce payroll policies, procedures, and best practices across regions.Collaborate with local payroll providers or internal payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve any payroll-related issues.Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner, in line with the Global payroll calendar cut-off datesCollect and update data into the payroll system including time logs of the employeesWork out social funds, tax and national insurance deductionsProcess new employees and employment terminations paperworkMaintain a high degree of service and confidentialitySupport other accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

　　Your Experience & Skills

　　Certified Payroll Controller5+ years of experience in regional/global payroll processes.Detailed oriented.Can-do positive approach.Deep knowledge of Excel-MustAbility to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines. Team player.Ability to work and solve issues independently; raise flags as appropriateFluent English - (verbal and written) a must.
