ROLE SUMMARY
The Partner Standards and Innovations Manager is responsible for implementing innovative solutions across the Meetings, External Engagements, & Travel (MEET) organization that can produce future efficiencies and enhance customer experience. This Manager will implement strategies and work with stakeholders and partners to find solutions that deliver a "Best in Class" organization. This Manager will work with Regional Partner Standards & Innovation Leads to operationalize and implement the overall partner standards strategy.
This role will utilize key performance indicators, service-level agreements, etc. for all vendors to hold vendors accountable. This Manager will help create a consistent experience for customers (both internal and external) as they interact with vendors across the globe.
This Manager will work with other MEET Centers of Excellence, regional Partner Standards and Innovation colleagues, and Digital. The role will report directly to the MEET Partner Standards and Innovation Lead.
Oversee implementation of innovative approaches and strategies by Regional Partner Standards & Innovation Leads that create a "Best-In-Class" organization, serving as a point of coordination to ensure global consistency.Drive regional implementation of the vendor accountability strategy set by the Global Partner Standards & Innovation Lead by monitoring execution of service-level agreements and standards for all regional vendors and by ensuring vendor adherence to master service agreement terms.Promote a best-in-class experience across Healthcare Professionals and internal customers by identifying potential improvements to technical and operational aspects of MEET processes across all regions; escalate suggestions for improvement to global MEET leadershipEnsure alignment with North Star principles of "speed to value, business impact, promote our services, and create capacity"Support Regional Partner Standards & Innovation Leads in vendor performance review process, consolidating feedback and escalating any gaps in performance or areas for innovation or improvement to global leadershipConduct data analysis to develop insight driven reports for continuous improvementIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across all existing services and platforms; bring ideas to MEET leadership; oversee implementationSupport the identification and implementation of innovative solutions for emerging problems in the MEET space or with areas touching the end-to-end MEET processesOversee the implementation of new tools within each region, including development of business requirements; vendor selection, and congress and launch planningOversee implementation of a self-service tool to be used for simple internal meetings within each region, including change management, roadmap plans, stakeholder input and measurement of impactImplement global transformation, speed to market, simplified ways of working, significant reductions in budget and efficiencies and higher quality customer experiencesAbility to present to leadership and manage relationships with stakeholdersAbility to lead vendors and drive/manage relationships to deliver innovative solutions above daily needsAbility to lead initiatives with internal partners to create a single, seamless process and systems landscapeAbility to partner with internal stakeholders to collect feedback on vendor support, innovation and continuous improvementsWork with Regional Partner Standards & Innovation Leads to operationalize and implement partner strategies in each region
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Typical Years of Experience: 5+ years (3+ years with MBA/MS) of experience in managing a team and delivering strong global transformational innovations through systems, partners and strong need for efficienciesMinimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related disciplineFluency in English is a must, additional languages preferredExhibit a deep understanding of MEET processes, systems, and vendor landscapeAbility to analytically review and challenge statutory financial statements to ensure completeness, accuracy, adherence to accounting standards, etc.Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of managementStrong accounting, analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and to handle several projects at onceHigh level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibilityHighly customer- and service-minded, and solutions-orientedProven ability to drive continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsProficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) requiredGood organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple prioritiesProficient written and verbal skills to enable effective communication with all levels of managementKnowledge of relevant external trends within the vendor landscape aligned to MEET services

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Position is location is Tampa, USA. Travel would be for work related needs only. Weekend work could be necessary based on volumes.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,800.00 to $151,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $81,800.00 to $136,300.00.
