CN LCS team is at the forerunner of Amazon cross-border advertising, helping China-based brand owners go oversea and reach Amazon customers globally through Amazon owned and operated properties, on other high-quality media inventories across the internet, and on millions of Kindles, tablets, and mobile devices. Advertisers can launch their display advertising campaigns through Amazon Managed-service, Agency-service and Self-service. This role is dedicated to drive the success of the Agency-service model internally and externally.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Act as the program manager for the Amazon display agency-service to evangelize the services provided by agency partners, be responsible for the service quality provided by agency partners.
Manage the day-to-day communication with existing display-advertising agency partners.
Prospect and recruit new agency partners by partnering with our global teams.
Provide training and continuous supporting and education (i.e. new feature updates, technical tool release) to agency partners.
Collaborate with global teams to design, facilitate and improve a evaluation/scoring system for agency partners
Launch and execute the Go-to-Market strategy with partnering team, build relationships and deliver the Agency-Service value to key customers across the internal team.
Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly progress update to internal and external stakeholders, collect, processes and synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.

Basic Qualifications
5+ Years of experience in program or project management in the internet service industry, preferably in marketing, advertising, and/or experienced in agency management or channel sales.
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in handling large amount of data to find insights and patterns to guide actions.
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets and backgrounds.
Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships with externally partners and internal teams.
Strong ownership, able to work independently and deliver result with given direction/guidance.
Able to utilize Sales tools (e.g. Salesforce alike) to monitor, analyze and continuously improve the team’s reporting mechanism.
Full-funnel advertising, Programmatic trading, Adtech experience are plus (not a must).
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to working with global teams in other locales – ie US, Germany, France, Japan, UK.
