Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in Occupational Health, Environmental, Health, and Safety Team (EHS) or related projects, program management, with 3 years of experience in oversight or operational implementation of EHS incident management systems or overall EHS management systems.
Experience with people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Project Management qualification.
Office safety, technical safety, health protection or environmental health experience.
Experience with Occupational Health/EHS recordkeeping and reporting requirements and knowledge of global (federal, state, and local) occupational health and safety regulations.
Knowledge and experience of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 18001, 45001, 50001, etc.)
Track record of operational effectiveness, innovation, change management, and of working with diverse teams in a matrixed manner.
Analytical and problem solving using a data informed approach and ability to create key performance indicators for program monitoring.

You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
Lead projects to develop, transform and maintain our Global Occupational Health Incident and Case Management strategy, including standards and operating procedures for the identification, triage, reporting, investigation, case management and corrective/preventive action.
Provide leadership and oversight of global case management teams in partnership with regional Environmental, Health, and Safety Team (EHS) teams and respective business stakeholders with reporting process and escalations where appropriate.
Develop and implement plans to enhance capabilities with respect to incident investigations, root cause determinations, and other relevant program aspects in partnership with EHS regional teams and key business stakeholders.
Partner with the EHS strategy and operations team to implement and maintain relevant enterprise technology for enablement of the incident and case management processes.
Assists and advises team members on incident investigations and categorization for consistent recordkeeping.
