As the Avanade Global Microsoft Program Specialist, you'll be part of the Avanade Global Alliance Team, playing a key role supporting, executing, centralizing and industrializing the management of Microsoft Programs across Avanade and Accenture's Microsoft Business Group. You will manage all aspects of key Microsoft program execution and management including onboarding new Microsoft programs, leading training, and enablement for all regions, managing and tracking programmatic KPIs, metrics, goals and impact, communicating changes and updates to the field, and handling escalations and issues resolution for sales and alliance field teams. You will be the ultimate subject matter expert on all things Microsoft programs!
Technical and non-technical Skills:
In this role, you'll have an opportunity to bring the breadth of your experience in managing the intricacies of successful Microsoft partner program execution to the forefront. You'll apply your Microsoft knowledge to ensure Avanade and Accenture remain leaders in the Microsoft Partner ecosystem through the world-class execution of Microsoft programs. You will have deep knowledge of Microsoft systems and processes, rules and requirements, and how to successfully and quickly drive results. You will be a results focused team player who will bring a skillset that includes:
Experience with program or project management in a complex, fast paced environment
Deep knowledge of Microsoft sales, solutions, funding and investment programs:
ECIF knowledge is key
Partner lead, workshop, Azure Innovate & AMP funding knowledge is beneficial
Highly organized and able to expertly manage across the needs of multiple workstreams, stakeholders
Innovative mindset - able to solve problems, knows who to contact for answers
Strong communication skills across written, verbal, presentation
Confidence to bring your voice and opinions to the table, especially when it differs from others - diversity of thought makes us stronger.
