WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our ambition is to transform the Marketing and Communication (M&C) function - making it a truly metric driven function that enhances BCG's performance. As a critical member of the Global M&C Team, you will work with the Global M&C Transformation Director and Senior Manager, key stakeholders of the M&C organization, M&C function leaders and our finance & HR business partners.
Your key responsibilities are:
Work with key stakeholders and HR teams to define and implement the M&C business and people strategy.
Project coordination of marketing initiatives and events across the function, including project management of key external and internal events
Maintain central calendar and agenda for GS M&C internal meetings and townhalls, organize virtual and in-person leadership workshops
Maintain and update key materials and face pages on internal microsite
Gather and analyse information from our marketing teams to determine most valuable opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations
Manage crucial operational activities such as maintenance of email distribution mail groups, managing security access to SharePoint/Trello boards
Engage with Finance team to ensure latest view on travel and entertainment spend, as well as the function's carbon footprint
Work closely with the M&C Staffing & Operations Lead to provide support on employee engagement initiatives as needed
YOU'RE GOOD AT
You are a professional with proven analytical and coordination experience in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout a highly matrixed organization.
High-level of attention to detail
Strong capabilities to structure content into Powerpoint decks
Quantitative skills, including intermediate experience with Excel
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, with demonstrated ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, and work across timezones
Able to adapt and operate in a consistently changing environment
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Experience working within a complex matrix structured organization
Proven project management and coordination skills
At a minimum, you will have:
* Minimum of 2 years-experience in professional/business services
YOU'LL WORK WITH
Global M&C Transformation Senior Director/Senior Manager), BCG's Head of Marketing Operations, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Communications Officer, Marketing Leadership Team, and the Functional teams within M&C (e.g. Finance and HR Business Partners and other parts of BCG, including the Practice Areas, the Regions and other functions.
