Our Team:
Global Manager Managed Access Program sits within Specialty Care Managed Access Programs (MAP) and Cross-GBU Pre-Registration Import License (PRIL) Operations
MAP is designed to help patients with serious or life-threatening conditions to have access to investigational products when they don't respond or tolerate approved therapies and when they are not eligible to participate in a clinical trial.
Main Responsibilities:Management of operational implementation and setup of individual and structured MAP Programs in compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable global and local regulations and Sanofi MAP Governance requirement and remaining compliance at all time
Ensure end to end oversight of managed access programs and support global medical teams in eligibility determination, country selection and blueprint validation. Set up stakeholders meeting per program from start until implementation and provide periodic progress update following the program launch
Responsible to conduct periodic program review & mitigation meetings and keeping global medical, local stakeholders and alliance partner updated and informed of program progress
Responsible for oversight of vendor's execution per program to ensure operational excellence and end to end visibility and respect to agreed operational KPIs and act as vendor's focal point of contact for all operational aspects at program level
Responsible to ensure end to end traceability and treatment accountability at program level
Liaise with MAP Senior Global Manger, Procurement & Quality to address non supply related topics with MAP program vendor
Ensure close collaboration with Sanofi Business Operation's supply coordinators to address Program supply related topics with vendors
Responsible for developing a MAP operational playbook per program
Participate and contribute in the quarterly vendor business review in collaboration with MAP Senior Global Manager
Support maintenance and improvement of MAP Operations systems and solutions
Actively participate and contribute to enhancement and simplification of governance and operational aspect of MAP in collaboration with MAP Senior global Manger & MAP Governance Lead
Define and monitor core metrics & KPIs necessary to review performance and optimize the operations of MAP & PRIL
Monitor MAP & PRIL request processing with Business Operation to ensure compliance with global procedures.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry expanding roles in Manged Access Program or Medical Operations or related field, including experience, and understanding of the current pharmaceutical environment, with experience managing complex projects, ability to successfully bridge between different fields of expertise, and managing program risks and challenges (including scenario and contingency planning).
Strong knowledge of drug development process, regulatory and business requirements related to Managed Access Program

Excellent organization, planning, time management and project management skills.
Education:Degree in scientific discipline (PhD, PharmD, Pharmacist) or related scientific master's degree
Languages:
Excellence in English language, verbally and written
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
