Job Description:
The Global Intercompany Lead will lead a global team to deliver well-controlled financial operations against SLAs/KPIs with customer satisfaction and within budget. This role will oversee a team of Mars associates and ensure delivery from our BPO Partner. The Global Intercompany Lead will be a critical business partner to Corporate Controllership, Tax & Statutory Teams, and Operating Entity Controllers and is a critical member of the Global R2R Leadership Team.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Applying intercompany expertise to set the direction, establish strategies, goals, and objectives for the MGSF Intercompany Global Operations Team.Mastering the end-to-end intercompany process and driving service delivery excellence globally by ensuring operational integrity & stability delivering on metrics that matterDrive talent agenda for global operational teams: recruitment, development, engagement, and succession resulting in a high performing team culture.Oversee performance of SLAs by our BPO partners.Manage complex challenges by being a point of escalation from our BPO leaders and manage escalations from our customers.Managing a team responsible for maintenance of DTPs, daily ops management, operational rigor, and operator of incident management frameworkPartnering with Business Relationship Managers to align the priorities, address concerns, and strengthen engagement with stakeholders.Partnering with Business Improvement to identify improvement opportunities, automation and standardization and bring improvement designs to life, including delivery of process stabilization, control operation and productivity targets.Deliver controls performance and remediations and supporting internal/external audits.Partnering with Transformation to support the approved enterprise transformation programs and projects deployment.Manage budget of operations (BPO and Ops).Being responsible for meeting and exceeding intercompany Service Level Agreements and customer expectations.Communicating effectively results of established KPI's and SLA's with senior management.
What are we looking for?
University education with a focus on finance, economics or business administrationMinimum of 8-10 years relevant work experience, including Intercompany operationsKnowledge of financial processes and accounting is required.Experience in translating data into insight and providing data-driven advice to senior stakeholders.Ability to optimize and build Business Intelligence solutions.Comfortable utilizing ERP systems utilizing various data warehouse, dashboarding and other business intelligence solutions.Excellent command in verbal and written English language.
