Position Overview:
The Global Integrated Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for developing, managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs for the Energy Business Unit (BU) across all media.
This role has a global scope and is primarily responsible for planning and executing campaigns for our application solutions and product lines as well as for driving product launches. In that scope, you will also create evergreen content such as webinars, case studies or white papers to strengthen our thought leadership.
You will define and execute the go-to-market adaptation and activation of campaigns across the globe. These include localization of content, sales and distribution enablement, and paid media programs to help increase brand awareness, and drive demand generation and revenue growth. You will provide important customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing content.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be self-directed and able to flawlessly execute on a variety of projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders including product management, sales, engineering. We are looking for a marketing expert who has experience working in an international, matrixed organization and is expert at communicating in written, oral and digital forms.
Key Responsibilities
Drive our global marketing strategy for specific application solutions and product lines, planning, creating and adapting content to local markets / languages and execute across all media, including print, video, digital to increase brand awareness, grow demand, enable sales and distributors.Develop go-to-market and sales enablement tools to launch and promote key product ranges across all mediaDefine and track metrics linked to marketing success and, leveraging Account Base Marketing, analytics and data-driven insights on marketing effectiveness, continuously adapt and improve messaging and campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired business results. Act as a consultant to and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including other Marketing Team members, Product Management, Sales, and Distribution partner marketing teams.Support tradeshows planning, messaging definition, budget management, execution, and post-event KPI reporting to promote the applications and product lines you're responsible for. Manage external creative agencies to develop online and offline marketing deliverables in line with corporate guidelines.Lead and/or support other marketing-related projects for the Energy BU or cross-BU as required.Up to 10% travel required post-pandemic.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or communications3+ years of integrated marketing experience in an international B2B or technology company.Highly skilled in project management and managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously while providing flawless execution.Track record of developing and managing impactful campaigns across the marketing mix, from digital to print.Experience providing direction to agencies and managing vendor relationships and budgets.Experience in leveraging sales and marketing automation systems (such as Eloqua, SalesForce). Fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $77,760 - $116,640 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
