GLOBAL INFLUENCER MARKETING & PR OFFICER
Missions :
Within the Communication department and under the responsibility of the Communication Director and the Global Communication Manager, you will participate in the implementation of the influence marketing and PR strategies of COTY niche brands: Jil Sander, Tiffany & Co and Infiniment Coty Paris that will be launched next February. Demonstrating a real interest in luxury you will be able to combine project management skills and creativity to increase the communication performance of the brands in the portfolio.
INFLUENCE MARKETING
Influencer profile searches and casting development Analysis of results and reporting based on adapted KPIs Competitive review and recommendation of best practices
PRESS
Development of communication tools (press kits, press releases, press site, etc.) Preparation of press reviews Analysis of results and reporting based on adapted KPIs
EVENT
Creation of agency briefs for global events Coordination of the event logistics Development of local event guidelines
COORDINATION
Coordination of external service providers (PR agencies, creative agencies, freelancers, suppliers, etc.) Monitoring of each launch: operational monitoring of the organization (logistics, ordering, etc.), coordination with the markets Manage PO's in Ariba
Profile :
2 years minimum experience as a communication project manager ideally in the beauty industry either in a brand or a communication agency Has a strong analytical mind Has an excellent understanding of the social media ecosystem and knows how to be creative on social media platforms Is organized, rigorous and have a sense of responsibility. Knows how to prioritize and juggle between different projects and brand DNA. Fluent in English with excellent business writing skills are a must. Proficiency in Traackr and DMR would be a plus
