Whilst reporting to the Vice President Talent & Learning, you will be responsible for the creation, implementation and monitoring of learning and cultural programs and strategies that supports the business needs and objectives in light of the changes in the talent ecosystem. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping to shape the company's future by building the leaders of the new generation and by constantly rethinking the learning approach enhancing the digital employee's experience.
As the Leader of the Global Center of Expertise (COE) for Learning, you will work closely with the business and HR leaders, other COE leaders and peers at regional level to identify training and skills development needs to further translate them into learning strategies and programs delivered throughout the entire organization.
More specifically but not limited to, you will:
Design and functionally lead the implementation of learning and development framework based on a thorough and comprehensive needs analysis integrating new trends in training approaches and methodologies for both formal and informal learnings.Develop special programs to enable the company's culture based on the four Leadership Pillars and the Diversity360 mindset aiming to boost engagement, collaboration and overall positive work culture.Actively measure the impact of implemented solutions to ensure quality and effectiveness and ultimately adjust and introduce changes to improve and adapt to a constantly changing environment.Develop and monitor the budget for the function integrating make or buy decisions.
With the functional leadership (dotted line) over a global team of L&D Managers and Specialists in different regions, you will be responsible for the development of a highly engaged community of experts by ensuring the optimal team structure and by identifying, sharing and implementing best practices to help the team grow and maintain the highest level of competence.
This role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid context.
Your profile:
A previous successful experience in a similar role at center of expertise level in a global matrix organization.An extensive experience in learning and development, organizational culture, or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership.In-depth knowledge of best practices in learning and development, culture-building, talent management and change management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated analytical skills to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs.
