Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in technical environments such as go-to-market, services, or enablement.
10 years of experience managing and leading a regional or global team.
Experience with Google Cloud or cloud technology.
Preferred qualifications: Experience leading enterprise-ready graduate rotation programs.
Experience managing complex, high-impact programs and influencing a global matrixed organization.
Experience coaching or mentoring early career talent.
Familiarity with technical roles within cloud (e.g., Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Account Management).
Executive presence with excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with staff, internal business partners, and senior leadership.

As the Global Head of the Cloud Technical Residency program, you will lead the technical track of the Cloud Academy and contribute to the development of early in career graduates, building the future workforce of technical leaders that can drive the success of our customers.
In this role, you will execute on a wide variety of initiatives to ensure the success of Google Cloud's Cloud Technical Residency Program and develop it to global scale. You will set the strategy and execution plan for the program in-line with the Cloud Academy roadmap, and lead the team to deliver this successfully. You'll work closely with the Sales Residency Program Leader and executive leadership to scale the program, developing strategy on roles, locations, and skills needed to ensure that the program aligns to intended business impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $194,000-$286,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Co-create the direction and strategy for the Cloud Technical Residency and drive program execution and successful delivery of impact to Go-To-Market stakeholders.
Collaborate with Go-To-Market leadership including Customer Engineering, Specialty Sales, and Google Cloud Consulting on program direction and planning.
Lead and develop a globally dispersed, high-performing team of Cloud Technical Residency Cohort Managers.
Direct and provide guidance on formal learning and experiential program content to ensure we are building and growing programs that allow residency graduates to build expertise and specialization with Google technologies.
Provide governance to Cloud Technical Residency processes (e.g., recruiting, rotation, annual planning, placement) and ensure key metrics, OKRs, and deliverables remain on track.
