  WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of our Global Benefits & Wellbeing Centre of Expertise, you'll drive the implementation and oversight of financial wellbeing and defined contribution retirement saving programs, aligning them seamlessly with the "SecureHorizons" component of BCG's Wellbeing@BCG strategy:

  Your responsibilities will include:

Defined Contribution Plan Design and Delivery:

Construct Insights: Maintain and enhance existing fact base, in order to develop deep understanding of how our savings plans compare with regulatory requirements, local best practice and BCG's global ambitions, enabling creation of insights.

Ongoing Review: Use fact base and regular discussions with local and regional stakeholders, as well as external partners, to identify opportunities to make changes in order to enhance the employee value proposition and maintain or drive cost efficiencies.

Employee Communications: Help local teams strive towards clear, continuous and best practice communication with employees to maximise perceived value in our SecureHorizons strategy.

  Governance & Compliance:

Monitoring: Ensure that all defined contribution plans adhere to local regulations and global best practices. Regularly review plan operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Support our governance process (e.g. help create and support our retirement governance committee).

Updates: Stay updated with global and local regulatory changes affecting defined contribution plans and adjust BCG's strategies and offerings accordingly.

  Vendor Management:

Performance Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews with vendors to assess their performance, ensuring that they meet the agreed-upon service levels and contribute to enhancing the employee experience.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of the defined contribution plans, assessing metrics like participation rates, contribution levels, and investment returns. Use these insights to inform strategy adjustments.

Innovation: Use best practice from across the firm (and more generally in the industry) to drive continuous improvement and innovation from our vendors around the world.

  YOU'RE GOOD AT

Collaborative Approach: Fostering collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, not hesitating to get deeply involved and take the lead for creating and executing project plans, including co-creation of various deliverables such as reports and presentations.

Building Relationships: Develop robust relationships at a variety of levels, including with senior leaders. Engage and influence stakeholders within area of responsibility.

Problem-solving: Able to detect potential issues on complex technical topics before they occur and set guardrails. Demonstrated knack at solving complicated projects and problems, bringing them to a positive resolution, in a consultative way.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, fostering significant impact and driving the objectives of the "SecureHorizons" initiative.

Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Adeptness in researching and analysing retirement plans, policies, and programs. Ability to derive recommendations from findings and ensure that retirement benefits remain current, legal, and competitive. Interest and ability to analyse data to identify issues and opportunities, drawing insights to steer strategic plans and using numerical analysis to demonstrate proof points.

  YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Industry Experience: Bring over 7 years of relevant experience, ideally from a top-tier benefits consulting firm, with a bonus for also having worked in an in-house global benefits role in a matrixed organization.

Deep Understanding of Retirement Best Practices: Possess an in-depth knowledge of global best practices in defined contribution pension/savings within a broader financial wellbeing context, coupled with a passion for learning.
