About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.
With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and exciting e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities:
1. Discover product opportunities via market research and data analysis - You should go deep into the affiliate and creator user flow and find the painpoint of our clients. In addition, you should have the capability of data analysis that will obviously help you and team to decide the priority of projects.
2. Design complicated product solutions and to be responsible for the delivery of business results, with focus areas on seller affiliate marketing, creator matchmaking marketplace and creator monetization.
3. Act as program leader collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You will have opportunities to work with leaders from different countries and different roles. Try to get the alignment with them and always chase common targets.
Qualifications
1. Clear communication skills and stakeholder management skills
2. Structured analytical framework, and hands-on data analysis is a plus
3. At least 5 years experience in e-commerce, and being familiar with affiliate platforms is a plus
4. Having experience in launching product end-to-end and having success showcases in operating after product launching is a plus
