Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager (PM) to lead projects across the Global Customer Success organization, within the Sales and Marketing Group (SMG). The SMG Global Customer Success (GCS) organization is a worldwide organization that provides a full range of scalable services that spans across Intel and the lifecycle of our products and programs to meet the needs of every customer from the single end user to the large-scale distributors and original equipment manufacturers.
These services include:
Intel programs and post launch product technical and warranty support.
Design-in testing tools and services via the Design-in Tools Store.
Pre-sales design enablement and engineering services.
Enabling worldwide adoption of Intel technology through Build, Loan, and Event services.
This highly visible role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast paced team environment. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for gathering and defining requirements and program managing key cross-functional strategic initiatives. You will develop and track project plans, capture dependencies, drive the execution of the initiatives, and help measure our success.
Your responsibilities include:
Leads the project team and is key interface to the project or contributors.
Collaborates across organizations to develop a detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes, including change control process, testing, documentation, and training, while ensuring budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope adherence.
Works on or delegates, as appropriate, problems/tasks in delivery of specific objectives or general goals.
Create high confidence project development and execution plans with well-defined objectives, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate. Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact on the project. Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns particular resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions.
Keep the project on track; effectively work through challenges with functional areas and executive management.
Lead the project team in complex technical and non-technical problem solving.
Establish the project priorities, direction, decisions within the defined scope of the projects.
Ensure risks are defined, communicated, and addressed through mitigation plans.
Regularly present and provide written communication for plans, risks, status, and decisions to varied audiences from functional areas to executive management.
Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion.
Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.

Strong experience utilizing program execution methods around, schedule creation and tracking, risk management definition, tracking and mitigation, resource planning, team minutes creation, AR tracking, financial tracking, etc.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project/Program management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Engineering or other related field of study.
8+ years of experience as a program/project manager.
Experience with Agile, Hybrid and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
PMP certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)
Green Belt, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $116,819.00-$175,333.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
