As Global Customer Experience Specialist you will be part of the Global Marketing & Sales - Customer Engagement team that plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless connection between our customers and our business strategy. Their responsibility includes overseeing the process governance, which involves coordinating with e.g. Account Management teams to drive the direction of our sales teams. Customer Engagement team collaborates across customer journey, segment, channel, and application to achieve growth targets and objectives. The Customer Engagement team's focus in exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth through effective account management, voice of the customer, strategic industry vertical planning, and seamless customer interfacing across all channels.

University Degree in EngineeringAt least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Sales or similarProfound understanding of account managementStrong command of English, including excellent writing and presentation skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, as well as solid business acumen
