Global Compensation Senior Consultant and Program Manager positions offered by Kimberly-Clark USA, LLC (Irving, TX). Own global framework, analytics and tools for position-based and job-based approaches. Coach regional compensation partners in process and analytical considerations. Advise and influence regional compensation directors and professionals on market pricing philosophy, practices, survey participation and the use of K-C's market pricing tool (PayScale's MarketPay). Provide thought leadership linking this to the overall business strategy. Design, assess, and monitor compliance to K-C's global market pricing approach. Develop global pay structure development approach based on frequently-evolving survey landscape, and knowledge of regional specifics and the Company's challenges in those areas (Middle East &Africa, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America). Manage global salary structure methodology for approximately 65 countries in which K-C employs white collar employees, as a key component of compensation to attract and retain talent. Utilizes expert knowledge of pay structure development including market pay line development, progression, range width, overlap, slope, escalation and regression. Advises Corporate and Regional Compensation to ensure accurate pay structure development (salary midpoints and bonus targets). Ensures consistency of practice and global compliance across NA, EMEA, LAO and AP.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field and 7 years of experience in the position offered or 7 years of experience using compensation surveys to analyze results for both job market pricing and pay structure development. Requires 5 years of experience: providing compensation partner advice and support for multiple functional areas; working with pay data in countries and regions outside of the United States, including crisis markets and supporting global HR teams and employees on global compensation issues; using excel and performing analysis and modeling with large data sets; and performing project management. Requires 4 years of experience supporting multiple functional areas and providing multiple countries, regions, or global support. Position reports to office in Irving, TX but may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
