Job Description:
This role is primarily accountable for providing data-based insights and codifying knowledge across multiple sources to drive growth across our existing portfolio of global brands. Providing an objective & rational view on category & consumer to inform our global portfolio strategy & brand plans will be critical, alongside focused reporting and analysis to keep the business focused on performance drivers.

Ability to provoke the business to act with pace turning evidence-based findings into tangible, commercially successful propositions to drive a transformation in service of growth ambition, and brand & category growth.
What are we looking for?
7-10 years of experience a CMI professional (min 7 years)Proven track record in insight-driven storytelling and resulting actions, triangulating across multiple sources.Strong analytical skills and reporting proficiency - with experience of continuous data (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar retail data).Data visualization experience is preferred.Strategic insight planning, brand research, human and cultural insights, foresight and market/channel development research across quant and qual ad hoc research methodologies
What will be your key responsibilities?
Provoke & support strategy development & delivery (including category & brand strategy), by providing:Senior stakeholder relationship management through partnership with Global Brand Director and Global Brand and Content Director to define where to win and how to win - including developing growth playbooks and leading the insights agenda.Lead global data-led deep dives into critical KPIs (ex: penetration) and drivers to understand commonalities across regions and unlock tangible growth opportunities to create change in the business.Ownership of 3rd party relationship, particularly with Nielsen, and over-see data lake creation and Red Slim 'Sprint' interface to create best-in-class reporting deliverables - both ad hoc and periodicDeeply understand global, transversal consumer & category to be able to translate insight & foresight into relevant, market-winning opportunities, in service of sustainable growth.
