Job Description
The Insights Activation (IA) team is part of the Global Marketing Group (GMG) under the Sales and Marketing Group (SMG).
The charter and purpose of this team is:
Every decision in GMG is based on trusted data insights
Empower decision making accelerate actions with objective and integrated insights to cement intel’s leadership.
We are working through a marketing transformation which includes focusing on 3-5 global campaigns requiring near-to- real time omni-channel progress reporting to clear KPIs, that catalyze partners across marketing and regions to take actions. These campaigns will include the following:
Insights business driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Marketing strategies including audience segmentation and routes-to-market (RTM) supported by the GTM Insights team in IA
Upfront measurement frameworks based on GTM strategy and objectives delivered by the Campaign Measurement team
Weekly to bi-weekly report outs to cross-functional team and GMG staff and quarterly campaign insights sessions, connecting campaign performance to market and business level results delivered by IA and including partnership with agency
For specific campaigns, deeper analyses into Account-Based Targeting/Marketing (ABT/ABM) tactics and impact on contact and account engagement as well as opportunity pipeline.
The Manager of Campaign Measurement will evolve and deliver GMG’s best in class campaign measurement practice that connects and increases marketing’s contribution to business impact. Campaigns will be wide ranging in scope and complexity yet focused on driving Intel's brand leadership and growth of sales. Specifically, higher emphasis on business to business (B2B), business to industry (B2I), account-based marketing, and opportunity marketing programs to drive growth by leveraging Intel’s marketing technology stack and data. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting and reporting on progress to goals, effectiveness of content and journeys, addressing accountability to optimization recommendations and actions, working cross-functionally with stakeholders and partners including the regional marketing teams and external agencies, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people and gaining alignment, role modeling Intel values while bringing outside in perspective and measurement practices, developing the capabilities of others within team and in regions, and ensuring a productive work environment anchored on intellectual curiosity and growth mindset. Aspires to highlight predictable results while maintaining descriptive analytics and reporting.
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Team and budget management: People, work, and budget management of the campaign measurement team and operations.
Planning and execution: Partner with Global Media, Advertising and Campaigns team to help design, document, and execute standardized measurement processes (reports, report outs, templates) to increase the effectiveness of marketing activities. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall investment effectiveness. Collaborate with field marketing to integrate and support regional reporting.
Measurement: Support headquarters and field marketing teams to plan, execute and optimize, demand marketing campaign measurement that maximize the value from the marketing technology stack and available data/analytics. Continue to monitor key metrics related to demand gen campaigns and help measure and increase return on investment (ROI).
Technology, Data Segmentation: Leverage Intel’s license of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive omnichannel reporting and work with IA Segmentation lead on data source requirements based on campaign tactics being used to advance goals. Be a practitioner of and extract value from: ABM platform reporting and analytics, marketing automation insights, and Salesforce. Partner across IA to access trusted managed 1st party and 3rd party data to advance insights into campaign progress.
Sales Ops alignment: Partner with sales excellence team and digital experience demand team, to ensure the alignment between sales and marketing, including integrating marketing efforts with sales processes (e.g., opportunity and pipeline management) to maximize business value.
Nurture: Understand nurture paths being developed for campaigns and include effectiveness measurement into holistic campaign reporting.
Vendor and budget management : Manage associated contract worker budget, full-time resources scope and deliverables and agency analytics scope in partnership with IA leadership and Campaigns team.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
5+ years of combined experience with the following:
Marketing agency experience focused on campaign measurement- both business to consumer and business to business, customer success and cross team collaboration
B2B (Business-to-Business) experience focused on audience targeting, demand generation and Account Based Marketing operations, execution and measurement.
Direct people management and budget management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience executing and driving measurement through Account Based Marketing platforms such as DemandBase, 6sense, etc.Inside this Business Group

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
