TE Connectivity's Data and Devices Business Unit seeks a dynamic and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team. As a Global Account Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and expanding our strategic partnership with client, a leading global technology provider. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with OEM client.

Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Manage account managers; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in a global setting (Taipei, Singapore, Austin, Shanghai, Santa Clara, etc.), including executives and account teams.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans aligned with the overall business objectives, ensuring mutual success for both organizations.
• Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the account.
• Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to thoroughly understand product and solution portfolio, enabling you to recommend tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends such as AI, product roadmap, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to the client.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations such as RFQs, and SOWs, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our organization.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring that commitments are met, and issues are resolved promptly.
• Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within our organization, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure a unified approach to serving the account.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technology.
• In-depth knowledge of products and solutions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
